Hi! I am 5' 1" and currently 210 with my highest weight ever being 237 so trust me I know what you mean about that being way too much weight for this height. I was always the same way - breakfast and lunch I did great and then come dinner time it just all went downhill. Meal planning is what has really helped me get on track. It took a little bit to get in the habit but now I plan my meals for the whole week and even pre-log them so I can see how it all falls into place. Then…

You are going to have those times that you slip up but don't let it lead you into a downward spiral, get right back to your plan. Fall down 7 times get back up 8! If you want you can add me for support/motivation. I am on several times a day. Best wishes to you!

I have been looking at it the same way and then with Sugar and Fat I look at those as a maximum so I do my best to keep them in the green.

Your story sounds a lot like mine....sugar is my biggest weakness as well and I too have tried to lose weight before but as you said this time something is different - it is like it finally clicked for me and the desire to eat the sugary stuff isn't even there anymore. I am going to guess you are not tracking accurately then. This took me a little bit to get right too - like when I have a baked potato I couldn't just log "baked potato" I had to remember to add in the butter I put on it too. Totally agree! Having friends for support and motivation has definitely helped keep me on track. Now when I slip up it only lasts for that one time instead of turning into 4 or 5. Feel free to add me :)
