I am going to guess you are not tracking accurately then. This took me a little bit to get right too - like when I have a baked potato I couldn't just log "baked potato" I had to remember to add in the butter I put on it too. It is amazing how quickly those little things add up. Plus are you measuring/weighing your food or just eyeballing your portions because this will make a big difference as well.

If you open your diary people might be able to give you some better suggestions if they can see what your days looks like.

Good luck to you and just keep trying.

You can't just watch your calories ... you have to actually cut back on your calories. :)

When you say "watching them," what does that mean? Do you have a calorie goal? Do you stay within that goal every day?

Do you weigh/measure everything you eat, every day? (And I mean with a food scale, not measuring spoons/cups).
