Thanks! I'm in Texas and it's hot but I sit in a cool office all day and I don't even think about drinking water. I try but I get busy and they day passes and before I know it, it's time to go home and I haven't even finished my second bottle of water. I can't drink 6 more bottles, I'd be swimming in my bed! haha

Yes, it's great if you can afford it and like to go to meetings. I love almost 30 lbs with it a long time ago but because of financial reasons I had to stop. Try it, you might like it.

What EXACTLY should a gym be? Is there an "Ideal" gym? I've been a member to probably every gym out there (Gold's, 24 Hour, LA Fitness, etc etc etc) and in my opinion, the only gym that I really truly liked, because of the equipment and especially the employees that motivate you without asking for money is Dynamic Fitness.…

So, last night I made a new batch of soup. So I put it in the recipe builder, it came out to 32 calories per 1 cup serving! I was calculating 150 calories! HA! I'm excited now and I'm having a cup before each meal.

I am not a typical "breakfast" food eater either. I like idea of tuna on spinach! I'm going to try the poached egg on sweet potato hash also! THANKS!

I've done it - wasted my money. It's not normal eating. I only did it to help my niece start her business. She's not doing it any more - she didn't have happy things to say about it. It's all MLM - they didn't care if she sold it, they wanted her to RECRUIT! RECRUIT! RECRUIT!

I started (again) on the 3rd. I broke down last night, had pizza. Ug! Time to move on, today is another day - grocery shopping tonight so I can stock up on good stuff for the weekend. No more Girl Scout cookies - thank goodness they are gone! LOL Happy Friday y'all!
