Thanks for input I used mfp to calculate calories and macros based on 65kg weigh, 5ft5 and my body fat around 24%. I just want a last push to lose a bit more post preg tummy fat which is proving to be stubborn! I'm not unrealistic I kno I will never gave flat stomach due to excess skin ! X

Goblets are good, but don't see anything wrong with the ones your showing in the pic, I do these with kettleball and a great core exercise

I love my personal trainer has Keith me motivated for 8 months which I would never kept at it for so long solo. I'm not naturally sporty etc but I really enjoy my sessions and I'm licky to afford it. I underate for several months and had the opposite effect, try having healthy balanced meals balancing macros instead of calories x

Mine was the same but have been doing major work on my core, don't think it will ever go away, try squats,kettleball squats, planks, full sit ups, leg raises, mine has got a lot better recently - I had twins and a csection so feel your pain
