I'm on the same boat. with all the holidays and all it was very difficult to continue with fitness pal. Christmas parties at work and My mom passing away on Halloween. I gained about 2 pounds back I will lose it and then some. My goal is about 14 more pounds then I will maintain.

Yeah I seem to hit a plateau too. I keep seeing 198-201 for the past 4 weeks. Im ok with it for i havent seen 200 in about 3 years. I will continue and I just recently changed my work out routine from doing the elliptical only to doing the treadmill for about 32 minutes of running for two minutes to jogging for 2 minutes…

I heard too much of a good thing is not good. Also I read that our bodies only need about 30 -40 minutes of exercise to lose or maintain and that any thing after that puts strain on our bodies.So why kill yourself if you pretty much end up with the same results.

OMG! STAY AWAY. Question?? how do you make smoothies with spinach and apples etc. I have a ninja that i paid $200 for and when I try to make smoothies it comes out with all that pulp and taste horrible. What mixer do you use?

I wish I could tell you , Im having the same problem. I cant seem to stay on 199 and it keeps going up to 200-203.I heard if you dont eat enough you could gain, so Im eating my 1200calories and better.

im kinda having the same problem. I lost about 13-14 pounds ,but for the past two weeks I cant seem to stay at 199 no matter how hard I try. I was 214 and would love to stay at 199 , but the scale keeps jumping back up to 200-203. so frustrating. But Im going to keep it up and will try to realize it takes time.

Its funny the only thing that works for me is believe it or not is when I buy those weight watchers smart ones or lean crusine( what evers on sale that week , shop rite is good for it).I add a spoon of chia seeds as reccommended by my nutrionist once a day to one meal.And for snack I might get weight watchers ice cream…

losing weight too fast is not good. As much as we all would love to lose 20lbs in a month, slow and steady is best. I get so impatient sometimes my self because the scale is not budging,then I look back at when I was 210 and now see 200-202 and say wow at least I lost something, and something is better then nothing.

Believe it or not the regular sugar is better for me then the artifical sugar.I get so sick. And believe it or not I was drinking those lipton ice tea water enhancers in my water and got so sick. Those things have something in them that are not good.

I have been on fitness pal over a month and I am addicted to the point where sometimes (only about 4 times so far) if I am busy i skip breakfast and only eat two meals a day figuring I would reach my goal quicker. But quess what it doesnt work
