    10-15 pounds in May?? :o Not good ideal, how about 4-6 pounds, that's more of a healthy weight loss.

    Reporting in with 2 pound loss. I cut back to just jogging, spin class and weights. I will bring back swimming in a couple of weeks. My gigs will start picking up in May, so those will also help increase calorie output. ....love & prayers....harris

    - hoping I'm not too late to hop on board. 10- 15 lbs to lose.
    - motivation _ I want to be able to pick myself up off the floor in an L-sit and its got to be easier if I'm 15lbs lighter!
    - bringing regular swimming back into my weekly regime - I just got lazy and gave up going.
    - Ashtanga Yoga will become loads easier the lighter and stronger I am.

    Swimming is great. I started again after 35 years, but stopped a few weeks ago with temperature drop.
