I average maybe 6 hours ...not losing on the scale but visually look smaller

I work out 4 days a week sometimes 5 ...3 days with a trainer and he has said that I am much stronger now that 4 weeks ago

@britnaii22 Can't stop now..... don't worry about the people who have stopped posting...could be the weather but for the ones that are hanging in....we will continue... I think there are 14 of us left or that have posted. I definitely won't even make it half way but at least the weight is coming off even though slow.....…

Baby steps... one meal at a time...one hour at a time...one day at a time. I struggle every day but I manage myself one meal at a time. I drink water first before eating something that I want and probably shouldn't have so when I do have it I eat less because I am full from drinking the water. Don't deprive yourself…

@britnaii22 I log everyday good or bad.. it helps me to pull the reigns back the next few days after I have logged a bad day to offset it. It also is reality :)

Oh I get it "couch to 5 k" is C25K....maybe I should try it too...the would be awesome if I can do 5k...baby steps though as my knees are shot
