I am 5'6. Hghest weight-near 180 pounds. Lowest weight loss attained 125. Goal weight: 140 daily calorie intake, no more than 1400 dily working out 4x's a week for 30-45 minutes includes cardio/strength & toning.

This is my 3rd time having to diet again. I lose weight and eventually slowly gain it back because I go back to my old habits. The point of the exercise is to maintain it rather than lose and start all over again, it's tough but it can be done.
