I'm excited about getting healthy. Need lots of help understanding what's good, what's bad, and how to fit excercise into my life with two small children and a full time job!!!

    Welcome, I joined My Fitness Pal a few weeks ago. You should read look at the Community section of My Fitness Pal for advice on nutrition and exercise. Although you have small children you have to allot 30 minutes to exercise not including a warming up at least 3 times a week.
