Should be fine as long as the foods you are eating don’t spike your insulin too intensely.
-
Perhaps you’re eating too much calories
-
Are the carbs actually good? I read somewhere it has to be at or below 5 percent

Go on YouTube and look up Thomas Delauer. Multiple methods to lose weight, specifically fat. All normally revolve around keeping insulin baseline and increasing hgh.

There is a group dedicated to IF on these forums, can get really good insight there. Buy a glucose tester from Walmart they’re pretty cheap. Test your blood before consuming and after consuming, if your blood sugar raises then no you shouldn’t use vanilla extract. Even if something is 0 calories it can still affect your…

Checked it out, suggested for me 1300 calories and 126g of protein. I'm going to spend tonight looking into ways to get that much protein within that amount of calories while maintaining the fats.

As far as I can tell most diet sodas are fine. There is a debate on if the sense of it being sweet is enough to hinder weight loss. Though most diet sodas I come across use aspartame and that doesn’t have a response. Though there may be an article on some site somewhere that may say it but I think most people and studies…

This. Once before and maybe twice after. Half an hour and 2 hours after just to be safe. Fit goal posted a link in an another topic linking this video which I thought was interesting. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CYfqvTZWilw

Powerade zero uses sucralose which won’t break it.

I set it as 15 because I thought that was what keto was at the time I set it up. Honestly I still don’t really know the ideal macros to have still. It seems like I can get it to 70 25 5 though with little effort. Anything higher in fat I’m going to have to mess around to find out how I can do that. Obviously cut out the…

20/4 minimum each day down from 48 hour fasts and also take a lot of supllements to help on what nutrients I may be missing out on. I’m only drastically cutting back on calories for two reasons and that is to see how my body reacts and to discipline myself until my next pt test so I don’t trigger myself to overeat. Back on…

I’m not here to be negative so you shouldn’t be, I have good intentions. I am just pointing out that plenty of sites have conflicting information and others say it does. There are some that says it doesn’t. However I would not want to count on it not affecting me if it actually is. There is definitely a confirmation bias.…

Breaking a fast is nothing more than consuming something which spikes blood glucose. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LftmhASRlEc Friendly video, falls on the no-gos

Mct oil and coconut oil do break a fast and affect insulin.

Is there a subforum for keto? Just started today.

Lost 23 pounds in about 2 months doing IF and a small amount of calorie restriction.
-
The IF you recently introduced will fix it. Give it time.

I gave an honest answer to the questions. Other people here seem to think cortisol, insulin and hormones have nothing to do with weight loss which I would say it does, hugely. I read many studies on the matter and gave you my answers with keeping my integrity in check. At the end of the day, take what everyone here said…

Grats man. IF is definitely awesome, what protocol have you been using?

Do IF for a week, fixed your problem.

I been doing a mix of IF and PF for the past 3-years. No flame, but the others who posted had many or few things scientifically wrong with their posts. The absolute best results are the fasting that goes beyond 24 hours however I don’t suggest that for beginners. Start on an 18/6 and after a while bump it to a 20/4 23/1. I…

Once a day but always in the morning after the bathroom. Always been told that's the most accurate time to do it since weight flunctuates throughout the day. I don't even like doing it once a day since I consume so much water and the weights of my meals are always different so it looks strange. Considering changing it to…

How frequently are you eating?
-
I have been doing intermittent fasting for over two months now. The way I understand it is that if you're eating 6-8 meals a day your insulin is so damn high throughout the day not allowing growth hormone to be released through the body since both can't be present at once. Once the insulin is out your body after 6-8 hours…
-
If I understand your question right then it is 6-8 hours after eating if you're following an IF protocol.
-
Intermittent fasting will lower that blood pressure.
-
Stevia, erythritol, and sugar cane. Others I don't recommend.

Starvation mode is a myth, your metabolism will stay around the same and if it does lower it's only a tiny amount. Go into a third world country and find people gaining weight from no food. Don't be scared by going around 1000 calories some days.
