I'm frustrated. I've been counting cals, cut sugar and exercising daily and I'm not losing weight. Any suggestion?

How long have you been on plan and not lost weight? How many calories are you eating?

2 weeks and half. I'm on 1,270 but I'm consuming less than that. No sugar, no sodas and I feel bloated and so tired.

You could feel tired because you're not eating enough. Why are you actively trying to eat less than 1270?

Are you weighing your foods, not just eye balling portions? Are you getting enough water, and enough sleep?

Don't forget that your daily goal is just that, a GOAL - something you're striving for and want to reach, not fall well short of. The goal given at MFP has you in a deficit before any exercise - meaning you can eat ALL your calories every day, do zero exercise, and you'll lose weight, because the intake is fewer cals that what you burn all day long through normal activity. When you exercise, you burn off MORE cals, and those are then added back into your goal to replace the extra burn, so then your NET cals should be at or near goal at the end of the day, you're still in deficit, and you still lose weight, but your body is well fueled and happy. Make sense?

Don't sell yourself short by trying to speed things along eating minimal cals. Generally ends up in failure because it's not sustainable.

If your cutting sugar you need to increase your fats. Eat at maintenance so you don't destroy your metabolism with low calorie eating and let your exercise be your deficit.
