The strongest tool you have is the habit of ‘logging’. The numbers don’t lie. Also, watch how your clothes fit, if there is a change with that, it is time to tighten up the calorie count. Fear is not irrational, it will help keep you slim. Congrats on your loss, that is magnificent! :)

August is almost over, will be interested to see how Dee’s month went. I am a caregiver, and it is hands down the toughest and most depressing thing I have ever done in my life. My food got out of control during the worst months last winter/spring but I never stopped logging all the horrid things I was eating. The last few…

Load the WeightGrapher App. It is free. Since you weigh everyday, start putting that info into WeightGrapher, then you will see your trend and won't get freaked out with the scales fluctuations. This app has saved my sanity.

I had to buy a whole new wardrobe, out of necessity too. As I went down the scale, I would go to the thrift store and buy something a little bit tight and in a week or two that item would fit or be loose, and I did that over and over till I hit my goal. Now I maintain.

You look rockin!!

❤️❤️❤️☕️....will never give it up

Couple of things you might consider. 1) power smoothies ( you need a base like water, you need fruits & veggies, you need boosters ( stuff like flax seed, chia seed, spirulina, protein powder, hemp powder or seeds etc) Pinterest has lots of charts showing options for different combos. What this power smoothie does is…

Just read somewhere that TJ has a great non fat sour cream and dried onion mix, when combined, make a good dip or topping for veggies at a very low calorie cost. Think I might try it. :)

What if you change your mind about vegan/vegetarianism in the future? Don't end a 15 year relationship over food preferences, I see major regret written all over your future, if you do.

Homemade grilled turkey burger and sprouted wheat bun. Golden beets, steamed and salted with a little bit of Cavenders. Yum!

Friend! My trainer is shredded to the max and she eats sweet potatoes every day.

I have kept my morning coffee with 2 Tbs 1/2 & 1/2 plus a little coconut sugar. It is yummy, I just factor in the calories and enjoy. ☕️

Beautiful property! Awesome weight loss

Hardly any pieces of clothing in my closet fit anymore. Been to thrift shop several times, because don't want to spend a lot on anything that is only going to fit for a week or so.

"You are never too old, never too bad, never too late, and never too sick to start from scratch once again" Bikram Chodury Just do it!!

How about starting the day with veggies and proteins , steak, broccoli and Ezekiel sprouted toast. You won't be hungry for some hours afterwards.

Two pounds a week is a lofty goal. One pound a week is sensible, you need to be able to eat enough so you don't feel like you are suffering. This change won't last if you make it too unrealistic. Weigh only once a week, don't worry about the scale. If your food comes in under the calorie allotment and it doesn't have to be…

Yes , you are a beautiful woman. Just start, don't say anything about it to him. Hopefully after you start to see some results he will quit his negative comments. Even if there is no support at home, there is a ton of it out here in cyber space. Don't be sad, this is going to work and in a few months you will be well on…

I had a terrible shift at work recently. Came home so upset! I ate so many cherries I lost count. Helped my elimination system and did not gain an ounce. It was just the feeling of wanting to put something in my mouth over and over again, since the item was not calorie dense it didn't seem to make any difference. Have…

This is a long slow journey. You will get used to the calorie counting, at first it is shocking to realize how many calories are packed into just a tiny amount of food. After awhile you will figure out how to spend your calories wisely. Nutrient dense foods are best and they can taste really yummy. The occasional slip will…

Distinctly beautiful is right...cut back on that high intensity aerobics (by half at least!) darlin' and start lifting some weights, then you will see some changes :)

Sbantonio....you look rockin! Gonna try the "bacon, cream cheese, butter" fat fix!!

The situation got the best of you. It is not the end of the world. You have gained 10 lbs, not lost your sight or a limb or something irreplaceable. It is only 10 lbs that can come off again. Totally doable. Get back your rational perspective. Stay calm, log your food, get some exercise. Just remember "Your best teacher is…

Put a bunch of 8 oz bottles or glasses of water on the kitchen counter. Every time you go in to the kitchen, you have to drink 8 oz of water and wait five to ten minutes before you find something to eat. You will probably eat less or change your mind. Worth a try :)

Way too low....don't do it.
