Why not make your own? This way you control what's in it!

I like my UP3. Have it for about two weeks now. Is it worth the money? To me it is. YMMV.

Try mowing the lawn with a riding lawn mower! You will be amazed! :-)

Nothing, just coffee with milk.

I drink 5 cups of coffee, not 5 mugs! No, it is not too much, no matter what part of the medical cartel says! Sometimes I even repeat the whole procedure in the early afternoon.

Coffee from an outside vendor, made with fluoridated and chlorinated water? Absolutely not! I enjoy brewing my own. I get freshly roasted organic coffee beans once a week from a local small business. I grind the beans by hand with a small, but very efficient hand grinder. I open the grinder, and inhale the aroma. OMG, what…

Why not home made? No sugar at all!

You can have your beloved sweet tea. No problem, if you sweeten it with stevia! ;-)

What a revolutionary idea! +1

I do it very successfully (16:8), after reading about it in Dr. Mercola's new book "Effortless Healing: 9 Simple Ways to Sidestep Illness, Shed Excess Weight, and Help Your Body Fix Itself". BTW, Intermittent fasting and counting calories are not mutually exclusive! I do both.

I couldn't agree more!

Saying "you're too fat" is considered rude, while saying "you're too skinny" supposedly means they are concerned about your health. People are hypocrites! "You're too skinny" mostly can be heard from people who would benefit from losing weight themselves, - a lot of weight, which is exactly what I tell them as an answer…

There are group(s) for Jawbone UP users on MFP with several threads about team formation. You'll have to give people either your name or your UP email to be added.

My Move is black.

Want a real unusual one? Please take a look at my dinner meal from Sunday March 22! Yes, all those ingredients listed are part of my personal standard large smoothie. Some things vary depending on what's available in our fridge and freezer.

Got 20 minutes of time every other day? If so, you may want to take a look at the exercise chapter in Dr. Mercola's new book "Effortless Healing: 9 Simple Ways to ...". I apply his recommendations to stationary bike riding, but it can be applied to any kind of exercise of your choice. Less is sometimes more! ;-)

Goat milk, goat milk yogurt.

According to Dr. Mercola eating should be limited to the time between 11AM and 7PM to give your body time to metabolize the food, without interrupting the process through new supply. Don't worry, you're good!

28 lbs in little over 1 month? Wow! That is a lot! How did you do that? FR sent...

Mine is open. Maybe a little boring, but good enough for me. ;-)

You're welcome to add me!

I just got my UP Move a few days ago. Still in the process of figuring out how things work. How do I join a team? Can't find any email address in the setting of my UP Android app, just my name. Do you guys need the gmail address that connects my Android phone? Would someone please enlighten me?

I've got the UP Move a few days ago. So far I'm happy with it. At least good enough while I'm waiting for the UP3 to be shipped.
-
Mine is open now. Mostly organic, home made stuff. Lot's of smoothies.

You answered already your own question. "My diet has been pretty bad ..." That's it! Diet is more important for weight loss than exercise. Even without any exercise you can lose weight. Whether this is healthy is of course a completely different story. ;-)
