I swim for an hour and a half 4 days a week, which gives me an extra 900 calories on those days.....on the non exercise days I do find it quite hard....just a banana for breakfast and try to save the calories for the evening time when I am more hungry.

Ok, thanks, but do you mean that taking the calories written on the packet of a product does not count as calorie counting properly? I use a tablespoon to measure any butter I use etc.

Yes, I have been strictly calorie counting everything very carefully, but I will also get some scales......good idea. Thanks for the info :)
