Depo Provera, the shot, is known to cause a lot of weight gain. I have friends that were avg weight and gained 20lbs rapidly with no change in exercise.

Been there, unfortunately. In 2012, I was 170 and got down to 133. I, got lax on my diet, too and it all crept back and then some. So, Freaking out now and doing this again. Also, I'm 180-ish now but, I'm only 5'2... So, Lifestyle changes are starting now! P.S. I'm new and can use the support, too. I sent u an add. :)

White rice mixed with egg and lightly sauteed in a fry pan. the rice should be sticky as the eggs are very lightly cooked with some ketchup on top. My go-to comfort food from my grandmom. Also, plain rice pilaf with butter and salt. Drooling.... how I miss those days of ignorance where white-refined carbs weren't the enemy.

hi! I definitely know how you feel. I've lost alot before and gained it back. I'm short 5'2, but have been big my whole life. I'm currently 179. Sorry to hear you're struggling. However, I noticed its a LOT easier if you record everything on here. Don't even worry about calorie counting, just look at your carb and sugar intake and make sure those numbers are reasonable so your glycemic index isn't too high.
