Round 1 of the 21DF I lost 5.6 pounds and 5.5 inches I will be starting another round. I did follow the diet about 75%. As far as the 3 day fix I will not be doing that this round.

My first time doing pilates yesterday and let me tell it was hard. I'm not to sure how many workouts I screwed up. Today is day 5 of the fix and I do feel more energized..

Day 1 on the 21 day fix down and I wasn't to bad. Hopefully the other days come as a breeze.

This is my problem. I keep going back and forth. What I need to commit to is listening to my body and hunger signals. But it's just so hard sometimes.

Just completed level 1 Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. On to level 2 tomorrow.

Day 4 of level 1. This is my 2nd time around hopefully this time I can finish it. Overall great workout.

Had a set back on my first round of shed and shred but I am back. Day 4 level 1 hopefully this time I can go all the way.

Just completed level 1 this morning. I'm planning on starting level 2 tonight.

Day 7 level 1 complete. Yesterday was my rest day and it was so hard to actually get up and do the workout today, but I did it. I'm using 5 lb weights, but I might get 3 lb weight for the parts I have the most trouble doing.
