IF 5:2 eaters have 2days per wk under the mfp guidelines. I just dont hit the Complete Entry button and I dont get that message (on iPh app) The next day when I log in, I'm immed set to a fresh new day. If you're eating healthy its no big deal. Its not funny for those who are under 1000 often though

I put my info to a separate (from mfp) calculator for bmr and tdee that someone linked in the general weight loss forum here at mfp It took my gender, age, height, weight & activity level (aside from intentional exercise) and gave me 1550

I would never push it to the point of being so full that I feel sick Make sure youre getting your nutrients though- protein, fiber, calcium, etc And never go under 1000cal

Hang in there, you can do it! Try exercising in your house if you arent motivated to go out. Hooked on tv? Doing jumping jacks and other cardio during the commercials. Start making simple meals for yourself where the calorie counting is easier :) sending support!

I'm not sure abt this but it might be helpful to specify women that are in maintence at 5'3" 135 VS those who are 5'3" 135 but are currently eating at a deficit/trying to lose weight ?

Yes I agree, add more cals even if youre not hungry I go for proteins & veggies when this happens to me Oh and beer lol but I do Not recommend that Be sure to bring up your decreased appetite with your dr as well. If it goes on for more than 3 consecutive weeks, call and make an appt for just that reason

As others said, short of a reduction surgery youre pretty much stuck. Are you confident that 32 is your correct band size? Im 5'3" and was 104lbs at one point, and never made it down to a 32. I did lose a cup size when I lost 40+lbs though. But as you dont have that much to lose, I wouldnt expect a cup loss

How are old are you? Its common to first have infrequent periods before finishing with them all together

Everyone is so positive that I hate yo be a party pooper; but my guess is you will have some loose skin- permanently. To minimize this effect, lose the weight slower and once you reach your goal weight make muscle building a priority. You can fill in the loose skin with a six pack

Sending support! You have alot going on in the knee/neck/back issues- perhaps a personal trainer with experience in these limitations would be a possibility? If you have/had a physical therapist, maybe they can give you a reference?
