I have no problem trying for 2 pounds I do not feel like I am starving. I do a little light weights because I want to look good toned. I feel if I go to 1 lb a week it would take me forever to reach my goal.

Ok now I am lost if someone that walks 38000 gets 600 extra and I think I am at 12000 and I have 600 extra how does that work? I just do not want to over or under eat. Ok I just wanted to be sure I was doing it right. The whole calorie thing seems to be a bit high for walking. No will just eat my 1200 and use the Fitbit to just count the steps.

I did the same and the thought of food is making me sick. Just going to start over tomorrow and try to put it behind me. Can't change what is already done move on, the journey has not come to an end just a bump in the road

I do something like this. If I go over I have to eat that much less the next day plus add in exercise to equal that amount. So if I am over for example today 100 cal then tomorrow I can only eat 100 calories less than normal and do my regular exercise plus burn 100 more. Keeps me from going way over because I like to eat…
