  • Challenge 2 is done. I chose to drum to the viking beat. I like cardio drumming and plan on keeping this in my exercise routine.

  • Good morning everyone. Muve videos are done. I enjoyed them but I have to say that the hypnotizing man music was my least favorite song. I've been eating under my calories this week and I'll finish my four miles today after water aerobics! Let's get Muving team!!

  • Hi everyone! I've got 403 total steps up so far. I've been using my notes app on my phone to keep track of them throughout the day. No late night snacking and a couple more of the dance videos to finish. Fun fun fun:-)
