  • Actually studies have shown that diet soda makes you hold on to your weight longer. She is better off with her regular soda and cut it down slowly.

  • Hopefully this works but I figured I would share the profess so far. The image on the right I was about 190 lbs. and on the left 130 lbs. unfortunately I only have head shots. I was never wanting my picture taken. So that's why I'm not looking in the before. A friend snuck that picture.
