Thank you all so much. I think I understand. Sometimes it seems difficult to get even 20% protein, and maybe it's just in my head but it seems like the more protein I eat the heavier I feel. But I looked up the USDA guidelines, and since the range goes up to 35% I guess trying to get 20 can't be bad. Thanks again.

Yes I get that but still doesn't answer my question. The macro percentages that mfp comes up with, what are they based on, since it doesn't seem to be the same ratio for everyone, even with the same calorie goal.

I'm not sure what to do with this. I had put my goal in to lose 1/2 pound per week and wondering if I should change it to one pound per week, So, this would change my daily calorie limit...or would it, since I am on 1200 now?

There is a DVD called Silver and Fit that is low impact. I'm sure there are many similar ones out there. Just do a Google search for low impact and see what you get. I agree would be best to get blood checked and go from there. There are some vitamins and nutrients you shouldn't get too much of. Most women usually need Calcium and Vitamin D, but beyond that getting it from food is best if you can...or so my doctor tells me.

Ok so I ended up creating an exercise for the Silver & Fit DVD at 75 calories which is more than light housecleaning but less than the low impact aerobics. Hope that's a good guess. Any thoughts?
