Hi! I have a question. I love sugar but have cut back alot. I count calories and drink tons of water. I'll lose a lil than gain 3 pounds back. It's not like I over eat. I got to the gym, but it's hard to chose the machines so I run or do the elipical or stair climber. Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Thank you Michelle…
