So most of you are around 60-80gr. I ask because I thought that 150gr is alot considering I`ve been trying to eat that much protein and can`t go above 90gr, so I thought something was off. Thanks for your replies lovelies ^_^

@tlflag1620 I wouldn`t consider veggies carbs, I`m talking about bread, pasta, cakes, sweets. That`s what I meant. Veggies are great.

It`s different for everyone. I`m good with a long term low carb high protein diet because I don`t like carbs as much as other people do. If you`re 5'3 I do think that even loosing a little makes a big defference, at least for me it does. I`m 5'1'' and I even a 4kg loss for me is major on my body. I did the exact same thing a few years ago and I lost a lot for a short time, but every kg that I lost came back within a few weeks after I stopped. If eating out is your problem, try going to places where you can choose meat and salads ( and I don`t mean mcdonalds salads and fried meat). It took me a year to lose 10 kg with calorie counting.I`m also 5'1 and I have 10 more kg to go. If you want to lose fast I`d suggest a high protein low carb diet. Other than that really try to find a way to weigh your food.

@PeachesNcreamgal - I mostly exercise, I don`t eat very clean, though I try to as much as I can. I do a lot of dance workouts about 4-5 days a week + 15-20 min, 3 times a week I do planks, squats, hip bridges etc. I try to do at least 30 min a day as a whole.
