Hi everyone! I decided to post my current weight loss, because I`m so happy with the results. The first picture was taken somewhere around december 2014. I started using MFP on april 2015 and since then I`ve lost 10 kg. I still have 10 kg to go, but now I`m more motivated than ever! Good luck to all of you who are fighting to lose weight.

I`m 156 cm, and I`m pear shaped, I gain fat and muscle on the thigh and hip area, so you can`t really see from the dresses my problem area. I do need to lose more, since for my height, the perfect weight is between 45-50 kg depending on the structure and body shape. I used to be 50 kg 4 years ago and I know that even when I`m 50 kg I don`t look skinny, I look good, since my muscular structure just won`t let me be skinny, unless I`m living a very unhealthy way of life.
P.S : I also want to fit into size M jeans and trousers. Which I could do when I was 50 kg1 -

@PeachesNcreamgal - I mostly exercise, I don`t eat very clean, though I try to as much as I can. I do a lot of dance workouts about 4-5 days a week + 15-20 min, 3 times a week I do planks, squats, hip bridges etc. I try to do at least 30 min a day as a whole.1
