what kind of bike lock do most of you use? thanks for the input. I don't want to get a road bike as I may ride on trails and dont want to limit myself. im not a power rider by any means. just getting back into it after health issues. the hybrid and mountain style feel more comfortable to ride. looking at some new hybrid bikes I tried the Norco xfr 3 with hydralic disc brakes trek 8.1 ds mechanical disc brakes the norco brakes felt much nicer. the trek tires had less resistance another shop has a giant rome 2 i think but they only had the female version to test so I dont know 100% what it would be like. any…

set yourself mini goals. I'm trying to lose 60lbs. currently down 30. I break it into 5lbs goals and that seems to be working well. Right now I'm motivated but I worry about the winter months they always get to me when its -30c out. good luck on your journey and take it 1 day at a time
