From 250 to 182, and still counting!

I wanna actually tone up and look lean. Not interested in being all muscled up and bulky. The only workout routine I'm doing right now is running for half an hour, five days a week.

Add me! Let's do this together! También habló español

This is actually my 185. Just took the picture, and makes me frustrated just by looking at it. I think I can even go lower than 160. I'm only 5'9".
-
You've been very helpful. I'm 5'9", so 160 sounds like a good number to me. I will start working on my deficit, but I'm not sure how much I'd have to lower my numbers to.
-
I will work harder on the calorie deficit. Thank you so much.
-
I'm 5'9”. I'm still way up.
-
I guess I will lower the calorie intake. I've been eating between 1,700 to 1,800 calories a day. What number should I lower it to? I'm 5'9.

From 250 to 182. Going down to 160, so there's more to come!

I actually don't have my LBM measurements. How can I get them? Would love to know if I'm in the right track.

The results are great, but either your hair grew madly fast from April to May, or the results took a bit longer .

-That guiltiness you feel when you eat some'n you shouldn't, even when you can. -Not getting used to your actual look in the mirror, to the point where you actually feel ugly, when you're not. -Being hit on, and looking aside thinking it was addressed to someone else.

Started by working out at least 4 times a week, but got tired. Then switched to diets like Herbalife, but gained them back faster than I lost them. What really worked was moderate exercise, quitting on sodas and sugary drinks (currently only drink water), and having big breakfasts, medium lunches and very small and light…

Awwwwwe! Thank you! I'm flattered.

What's wrong with my before picture?

Have you seen how one pound of fat looks like? Do you know how big it looks? Look it up. I think you should feel proud, very proud. Keep up the good work.
-
Thanks! Hope to get to the final goal. You bet I will!

You're a tall guy, 196 sounds like a pretty decent weight for me. And 10 pounds apart from 10 years ago is a great accomplishment. Wish you the best of luck with your Ironman. You'll get where you wanna be. Remember, great things in life take time and work. Great job.
-
Totally in! June 5th is actually the date that I'm moving back to the States from abroad after 7 years, so this will be the closure for a new beginning. New life, new job, new look, new ME. Very excited!
