Trying intermittent fasting.
Hello. I started intermittent fasting about two weeks ago. I'm doing 20:6, starting my eating window at 10am, and finishing at 4pm. I decided to follow this lifestyle because my main goal is not only to lose weight but mainly to lose fat. I went down to 178 back in 2016, but got married and kind of lost it and went up to…

Hey! Hola!
Hello hello! Ok, to sum this up and not take away much of your time, I weighed 250, and got down to 185. Still on my way to lose at least 30 more pounds. It would be nice to have your support, advice and friendship through this path we're on. Feel free to add me or message me. My name is Guillermo. See ya around. Keep up…

I really need your help. Please.
OK. I used to weigh 250 pounds, and it took me a bit more than a year and a half to get to 185. I did dieting and watch every single thing I ate until May 2016. From May on, I just left dieting and decided to eat normally, managing not to gain the lost weight. Two weeks ago I decided to stick to a run-walk routine and…

Try this! It might help you.
Went from being 248 lbs, to currently 185. It honestly has taken me over a year, but if I wasn't so undisciplined, I would've probably lost them pounds faster. I'm definitely back on track now, and plan not to leave this time. Thankfully, despite my lack of persistence, I've managed not to gain the weight I've lost. I've…

Just wanted to share a b&a photo
Just a before and after picture to cheer me up. I'm in a challenge 'til June 5th. My goals is to lose 25 pounds over the next two months, but losing al least 10 pounds on this challenge will make me feel very proud. Already lost a little over 50 pounds, but there's still a few more to go.

Just a little motivation
Never thought I was so fat until I found this picture yesterday. I was shocked. From to 250 to 189, and still counting. Wish you the best of luck. #NeverGivingUp

On my way!
From 248 to 188. 28 more to go

Keeping it up
I've been hitting this weight-loss challenge for over a year and it has not been easy. But I've gotten some great results. I'm 5'9", and went up to 248 lbs. Right now, I'm down to 188, and plan to go down to 160. All suggestions, advice and support will be much appreciated.

Progress...
Still in the process, but this is what I've reached. 40 pounds off, 30 more to go. Never quitting.

Weigh-in?
When is the best time to weigh in? I've heard two hours after waking up, with no food or liquids in your stomach. Is it true? And how often should I weigh in without feeling anxious?

Add me! Let's do this together.
Hi, my name Will. As a teenager I used to be a bit chubby, got on a diet and went down to 136 lbs, being 5'8". Held that weight till I got out of high school. To sum it all up, I got up to 248.5 pounds, and just there, my life and self-esteem broke down. I've been struggling with this overweight for a couple of years now…

Drop the sugar
Before going on a diet, you have to understand that in order to lose weight, you have to drop the sugar. This means juices, sodas, candies, milk... And substitute it with water. Water is the way to go.
