I'm creating a monthly weight-loss challenge/follow-up for April/May. Share your SMART goals outloud and you will be more likely to achieve them.

Let's get this started:

Height: 5'8"
Starting Weight (4/8): 209.0lbs
Goal Weight (5/8): 193.0 lbs

Loss/gain for the week: -2 lbs
Loss/gain for the month so far: -2 lbs
Loss/gain since starting weight loss journey: -25.2 lbs

Non-food Goals for this month: Hadn't been any lighter than 205lbs for 5 years. Reaching 199 lbs at least is my goal by the end of this challenge! Dropping the "2" digit on my scale would make me so happy!

Struggles or successes of your week: None. Keeping it strong.
