I'm creating a monthly weight-loss challenge/follow-up for April/May. Share your SMART goals outloud and you will be more likely to achieve them.

Let's get this started:

Name: Will
Height: 5'8"
Starting Weight (4/8): 209.0lbs
Goal Weight (5/8): 193.0 lbs

4/8: 209.0
4/15:
4/22:
4/29:
5/6:

Loss/gain for the week: -2 lbs
Loss/gain for the month so far: -2 lbs
Loss/gain since starting weight loss journey: -25.2 lbs

Non-food Goals for this month: Hadn't been any lighter than 205lbs for 5 years. Reaching 199 lbs at least is my goal by the end of this challenge! Dropping the "2" digit on my scale would make me so happy!

Struggles or successes of your week: None. Keeping it strong.

    Lost 2lbs this first week

    Easter & my birthday were challenging but I made up for some splurging with hard exercise training.

    My goals include
    -adding more fresh veggies & meats
    -being healthy snack ready
    -reducing alcohol

    That's my goal. I'll try my best to reach it, regardless of the final results. I always wish beyond my expectations. That's the only way I get the most out of what I do.

    Well I'm just starting the challenge today but...

    24 years old
    5'4
    Starting weight: 158lbs
    Current weight: 143
    Goal Weight: 123

    Goal for April is to lose 7-10lbs. No loss since April 1, been eating closer to maintenance due to sickness and just feeling run down but back at it today!

    Exercise goal is to run 5-7 miles a week (I'm not a "runner")

    Another big goal is for me to cut down on alcohol!

    The challenge started today for all of us. So you are just in time. Alcohol is one of the most difficult parts to deal with if we're social drinkers. The point is not dropping it forever (unless you want to), but cutting half or more than you use to drink. I wish you good luck, and if there's anything I can help with, just let me know. I'm an utter supporter :)

    Goal weight by the end of this challenge: 136

    I want to cut back on the beers! It's the hardest thing for me to avoid.
    Exercise goal would be to up the strength training, my go to move is just jump on a treadmill but I know gaining muscle will help me burn the fat!
