  • SW: 260 CW: 255 Aug goal: 250 Total goal:130 My August goal to start was 255, but I unexpectedly reached that, I think I lost water weight, but I'm resetting my goal to 250.
  • I went over my calorie count last night and I was Still hungry! Then I began to panic that I wasn't going to be able to do this. But this morning I realized I had had a success; I didn't give in and eat till I made myself sick. I went to bed feeling hungry.
  • I've been over my calorie count for 3 days now. I just can't seem to get a grip. I'm starting to panic that maybe I'm not going to be able to do this.
  • My starting weight was 260. At weigh in this morning I was 259. WooHoo! I met my goal. Due to previous weightloss/weightgain, I'm taking it super slow this time!

  • Hello, my name is Brenda. I'm from Texas. I'm needing to lose 100pds. I gained weight to self protect by keeping people at a distance. But I have developed a lot of health issues from my weight that I've got to overcome. So to me losing weight means becoming vulnerable but necessary.

  • I am an emotional eater and when things get tough I turn to food for comfort. I've just become aware of doing this, so now I try to find other ways to console myself.:-) Also I too have heard that cravings can be a sign of needing certain vitamins or minerals.

  • I'm new at calorie counting so I too eat first and look it up later only to be walloped by how many calories those few bites added up to. So now I warily look it up first and am very glad I did! :-)
  • I ate a handful of almonds because that was all I could have to stay within my calorie limits.:-)
  • I have the same problem with meat too. I did a little Google search for high protein foods and here are some I found: eggs, protein shakes, Greek yogurt, milk, cottage cheese, and beans.
  • A friend of mine is using this for weight loss. She says she lost 31pds already. My grandmother also swears by it. I'm going to try it out. I like the lemon idea you put in yours!
