I love how the added knife and band somehow make Pooh look like a tough guy all the sudden hahaha (silly old bear....) It's really great for portion control, and it can be super fun!

You could try some sort of protein powder, some nuts, a piece of fruit--I'd suggest the fruit with the nuts or protein powder though since, for me personally, fruit isn't that filling. But you can eat whatever you want in the end.

If you want to add an exercise to your log but can't find what you're looking for after searching, down on the bottom of the screen it'll say "Can't find what you're looking for? Add an exercise to the database." Click on the blue link part, and you can create whatever exercise you want on the next screen. To OP: you're…

If low impact is working for you then that's good. Just remember initial weight loss is typically mostly water weight. It takes weeks to notice trends. And you're doing well not restricting anything ^__^ smaller portions is the way to go in my opinion although it doesn't work for everybody.

What I suggest is logging it as moderate exercise and eating back 50-75% of the exercise calories MFP tells you (as it's what most people on this site suggest since MFP tends to greatly over-estimate calories burned). Then watch your weight and body measurements for the next few weeks and make tweaks as needed (losing…

Are you wondering how to label your dancing exercise-wise (as light, moderate, or vigorous activity)? I would say moderate in the videos, but in the end, it really depends how much energy you're putting into it and how in shape you are in general.

You look great; your hard work is definitely paying off!
