You can make both fit sure, but don't make junk food a constant thing to reach that calorie goal. Budget considered, chicken in this example is the bang for your buck. Knowing the price of actual chicken tho, I would say chickens not the only bang for their buck haha. Do you think its a bit interesting they're at 180lb…

I always tell people who're trying to lose weight :) not the ones who've lost their 60ish pounds and know what they already know. Hairsplitting aside, avoid junk food. period. Hey, money budgets don't cut out pleasure spending entirely. Think back to the budget analogy.

The problem with junk food is- the way I think of it, 500 calories of junk food is a waste of my daily caloric budget which I can use on more nutritious, satisfying foods. Plus, the sugar craving dependency is a huge plus. Congrats on the weight work tho. Personally I always tell people they dont HAVE to quit junk…

Fair. So they should "cushion" the burned off calories. Unless we know their stats, I'd agree that a net of 1200 is bad for them, and not a added boost.
-
Im suggesting they eat a full 1500, and if the exercise calories subtract from that, okay. Let it look like 1500 consumed -300 exercise= 1200 NET. Or, they could cushion the exercise' caloric deficit by eating back the calories they burned? They're already at a deficit at 1500, id be pretty confident. I didnt say OP should…

I mean.. junk food is acceptable only because humans usually have difficulty going without it for such a long time, dont let it be a vice or a guilty pleasure or any of that stuff lol. if youre struggling to reach caloric goals on a regular basis, you dont need slices of pizza- typically 300 cal a slice. lots of fat and…

Avoid junk food! its caloric.. cause alot of the time its sugar. sugar is *kitten* for your body. natural sugars excluded. even then, chill on that. dont trust the machines and what they say about burning calories, they'll always say ridiculous numbers, dont get impatient but part of the weightloss journey, to your favor…

My gym access is only 4x, and im trying really hard to find a routine that doesnt require squatting. I can only try and substitute so far. I cant risk hurting my knee further, but i can find ways to keep off it

Well I havent went and researched every leg muscle, though I've gone and added onto my workouts. Thoughts? I adjusted volume and added on. Mon- Chest+ Back: Dumbbell lawnmower pull 30lb single arm (2x3) SUPERSET: Dumbell Bench Press 15lb each side (12x4) Negative Pullups (12x3) Negative Chinups (12x3) Tues- Abs+Butt&Legs:…

Waiting on some sort of insurance issue to blow over- in the mean time, what's stopping me from combining the upper workouts with another program's lower?

To be honest, I feel like I have so much muscle weakness that its affected all of my joints. My shoulders especially. They click so easy, and my chest lacks so much muscle that my ribs popped through them. I've gained three pounds eating around 1800 calories+ a day and the bones don't show anymore. I'm going to keep trying…

So i need to get rid of: doing RDL weightlessly. Scrap the farmer walks. I need a program thats 4 days that can accommodate for my bad knee in some way. Substitution is the max leeway i can think of. Im really serious about this workout stuff!
-
Loo The problem is i hurt my knee, so a barbell lunge or a deadlift is one of the worst things I can do to myself. How do i accommodate for this?
-
The dumbbell alternative workout has alot of similarity to mine, minus the rest times and rep count. Thank you for the workout program list though!
-
I dunno. I guess I always hear alot of really good things about these workouts. For a fact I think I need more chest workouts. Arms are hit by all the compounds tho- I like the aspects of bodyweight training, but its a weightroom, so might as well use weights. For the most part I like workouts that aren't machines which…

Also! Saturdays and Sundays are rest days. I'm thinking of just doing pullups and all that at home on one of those days so I can rework my entire schedule. Unless y'all think this ones fine. Share your ideas here! -Mo
