I eat every 2 to 3 hrs sometimes more with bout 200 cals each time. I find that im less hungry then when im binge eating on a day. I can eat 1000 cals and be hungry 30 mins later

My wife is doing the program and hasnt lost weight as well. I can tell her shape has changed in a positive matter so i think she is haining muscle. But she is also 2 laxxed bout eating.
