I was doing this as well except with breads and cheese and anything salty. It's a super hard habit to break. I'm new as well, though I work 12-14hours a day, which I think is the same as not getting out much. I've had a great start by only watching my calorie intake and this week I've set smaller goals like being active for 30 mins and 10,000steps (which I complete at night after work on my treadmill, uhgggg). Hi, 42 and needing to change as we'll. I started 2 weeks ago and I'm on a 70lbs journey. Change is hard but not changing for me is not an option. Add me if you like, I'm currently challenging myself to 30 mins of activity and 10000 steps a day! We can do this!!!
