1000 kcals is about 4 ring doughnuts with icing and sprinklers.. In the Uk anyway. No biggy. Just hit it hard this week.

I don't cheat unless I get drunk. Mysteriously on the occasions I have had a drink I tend to lose weight quicker over the following 2 weeks. Currently 49 / 50lbs gone..

Don't worry about not losing if you stay honest and keep within the calories it will move again. I've stalled twice and just plugged away at it then boom 4 lb gone in 1 day. As for the calorie reduction mine did that too but then changed back a couple of days later. If you exercise you will earn more calories. I tend not…

TDEE is 2765 Currently consuming about 1600 Weighing all foods. (Doing my wife's head in). Nothing gets eaten with out getting logged. Haven't cheated or had a day off for 40 days. Been weighing every other day. I know you shouldn't but I can't resist..

It's only been stuck a couple of weeks. After a consistant drop I was just abit miffed. I weigh all my food and enter it.. I'm just going to stick with it and see what happens. I expect out of know where it will start moving again.. Thanks for the reply. Keep focused I guess..
