Hi, been on here for 10 days and it really seems to work, I'm trying to loose 1 stone as a start, and then go from there, I would never have recommended this app or the gadgets to any one but now I think they really help, this app especially helps to stop me from cheating

What's the best way to measure, bloat out you're stomach fully, so there's no room for cheating, as you're always going to breathe in a little, or stand as you would in public when people tell you you don't need to loose weight??

I would strongly recommend that you go to a running shop and get fitted, yes they will be expensive but the difference is well worth it, I used to wear of the shelf nikes, which really were only good for aerobics at the gym, I now where Brooks Ghost 6, and this has changed the way I run, no more bad shins or calves just…

Hi, yeah I tried a different app for a while but I didn't seem to motivated by it, but this one seems a much better set up, I rally want to get down to my target weight, I'm getting on a bit now so I really do need to loose a few :D
