Welcome back to the accountability! I'm bk myself but I can never wear my UP. I too once lost 30 and probably close to it again. Need to weight myself again. I'm back to cutting junk out! Nice to met you and pace yourself it doesn't happen overnight, you got this!

I'm not entirely sure what foods cause the numbers to go up, but I stayed away from a lot of food. My doctor was really good about telling what I couldn't eat. wmeyerbill455 its a difficult road to be on. I had the same issue I would eat lean protein at night and drink lots of water to keep me full. I use to workout at night too so I had the same issue. I could go all day and at night was the most difficult part for me too. Try smart snacking or structure a late light meal…

A few years ago I was denied life insurance is how I found out I had liver disease. For me the biggest challenge was decreasing carbs and sugars. Remember it will take time and keep at it, you can do it.

Hello I just came back to this app. I had it awhile back but never used it. One of my friends got me to give it another try.
