Keep me going in my fitness mission. I feel I’m not me anymore. Had knee cruciate ligament replacment and piled 2 stone on wile sat off work etc eating crisp sarnies all day. On week 3 of mfp now lost 9 pounds and keeping on track with calories carbs and fat intake. Not had a slice of bread in 3 weeks 😆 determained not to order a pizza too!! Just lacking motivation atm for exercise I do try but feel I could do so much more. Need to get back in my old jeans ASAP 😳
