Kammerkv I’ve bumped up again. 217.8 right now. I know what my problem is but I’m struggling to get motivated to even care at this point. My 40th is coming up next week and I fell way short of my goal this year and I’m in the “give up” phase. In one year I’ve only lost 10 pounds. I know I should say “look I kept the 10…

Kammerkv PW: 214.6 CW:214.8 I’m a little disappointed but considering my hectic life caused me to eat out every meal over the weekend I’m actually pleasantly surprised. May is my birthday month so.. here we go!

Kammerkv At this point I’ve lost track of what week it is. I think it’s week three. Previous Weight 213 current weight is 214.6. I gained a pound and 6 ounces in one week but considering it was Easter and I didn’t bother tracking any of my food for about a week, this is it too terrible. I was expecting again and pleased…

Kammerkv PW:214 CW:213.8 Not much of a loss but it’s a loss and it’s encouraging! Sticking with 1000 calorie days is hard when your body gets used to it and doesn’t think it should lose more. Come on body... we aren’t nomadics anymore.

Kammerkv PW:214 CW: 214 I’ve hit that 10 pound Plateau. I am eating 1000 cal a day and exercising every other day. In order to get past this 10 pounds I may have to shake it up. Send positive vibes.

Kammerkv1 reporting Wednesday weigh in Pw: 223 Cw: 221.8 Last week I had asked a question about weight watchers and over the course of a few days I did a comparison between calories and weight watchers. And as long as I was actually diligent about not going over 1300 cal I would be within my weight watchers points for the…

Kammerkv Week 2 PW: 223 CW: 224 Need some advice today. I am planning on researching weight watchers today Which I was very successful on back in 2010. It’s been almost a decade though and I know the program changed significantly. If anyone has good experiences or warnings against weight watchers before I swipe my credit…

Kammerkv here. I haven’t posted this week mainly because I took time off the constant thinking of dieting and the feeling of failure as the scale didn’t move. I needed time to really stop feeling so badly about myself. After a week away, I actually felt skinning one day and even looked better. Then I went on the scale and…

First way in for February. Kammerkv Previous weight (although I don’t think it counts for this month) 224lbs Current weight 222.6

Kammerkv Last weigh in for January PW:221.7 CW: 224 It definitely depressing going up again. This time last year I was 200. I lost and gained all the weight back that I lost. I know that it’s easy and logical to eat healthier and work out. But I sabotage myself. But why? And why am I not more mindful before I eat? These…

Kammerkv Week 3 Previous week: yikes I forgot but I think it was the same as now. Current week: 221.4 Even though I’m very disappointed in my weight gain, I am proud of myself for a few things. Since Saturday, I have been to the gym 3x and burned 1000 calories at the elliptical and also lifted weights. Tuesday I was unable…

Morning check-in for Tuesday. I am very proud of myself for going to the gym three days in a row. Today will be an off day as I have birthday parties to attend. But I’ve already put in 50 squats this morning. My goal is to get in another 50 by 4pm. I stepped on the scale this morning and saw that my weight went up. Instead…

What’s everyone’s thoughts on grapefruit, lemon, and peppermint oils as helping to lose weight? I have a co-worker trying to sell this. Do any supplements actually work? Isn’t it just hard work and exercise or am I not getting good results because I’m not taking supplements?

Posting for a Saturday morning update. I’m so proud of myself. I actually got into the gym this morning after a 3 month break. It was tough but great. At 2 eggs and some sausage as I was feeling the need for protein. No carbs! I have a bday party tonight where only pizza will be served so I’m gonna be smart for lunch.…

I’m just checking in for an update. I had a great lunch and was on track. Then the 3pm monster attacked and I ate a bagel and peanut butter. Ugh. It’s like I can’t stop myself. So I decided to post here to help keep me accountable and not go back for more. Tonight’s dinner is just going to be grouper and veggies so that…

Kammerkv Starting weight and current weight is 219.6lbs for the January challenge. Here is my daily check in: I tracked all my food yesterday and was over by about 400 calories. Today I am doing ok but will need to eat no more carbs for the rest of the day because I had 2 slices of pizza for lunch. I’m proud of myself…

Happy New Year everyone! I love the idea of a daily check in just to say how we are doing with our Process. I’m so excited to have the holiday eating season behind us! This season was particularly difficult for me and I certainly felt out of control with eating. As I approach 40, my body is starting to yell at me and I…

I'm joining in on the "fun". 20 day sugar free - we can do just about anything for 20 days, right? What do you all do when you have a sugar craving? Just ignore it? Find something to replace it? Suggestions needed.
