    🗣Comments/Goals: Just got home. This week is super busy, stressful, and crawling so slow— UGH. Tomorrow is a 1200 or < day and Thursday is my other fasting day. Friday night we (hubby and I) have a fund raising gala to attend, so I will be eating there and trying my best to choose wisely, not sure if I will be able to log Friday’s dinner. On a fun note-- I bought a low plunge, glittery, halter style gown to wear on Friday (and you can see some muscle definition in my arms💪🏻😝)!

    I’ve hit that 10 pound Plateau. I am eating 1000 cal a day and exercising every other day. In order to get past this 10 pounds I may have to shake it up. Send positive vibes.

    Positive vibes coming your way.
    Unsolicited advice: add 100-200 cal/day to your diet. 1000 is a low number and it will shock your body less when you start eating at your maintenance calories again.

    Hello Fat2Fit Challengers!

    Just a quick announcement to let everyone know that Mari ( @mari_moulin ) has stepped down and away from the group again for a bit of quality life time with her family and such... Knowing Mari - I am sure she is in and out of the group all the time and I am positive she will be around to help us anytime we need it...

    In the meantime, I have asked @jugar if she would be interested in becoming a moderator and helping us to run the group. Liselyn had mentioned to Becky that she was interested in doing more with the group and I know she has been doing great as a team captain... Liselyn has accepted and is now the groups newest Group Moderator. Please take a minute to say hi and congratulate her on her well deserved promotion... Please remember, these are not paid positions, everything she does - she is doing for all of us! Thank you Liselyn - for stepping up and working to help everyone in the Fat2Fit Weight Loss Challenge!

    I confess that I have no idea how to score the baseball game. I'm going to count on @Navydaddjtc to keep up with the Warriors score. I've had to build so many spreadsheets for work this week that I have lost the ability to think anymore once I get home.

    I got a shot to stave off a migraine today and I am going to bed early.

    I didn't log my food, but I ate okay.
    I walked at lunch.
    I lost my cool with a coworker, but then we worked it out.

    🗣Comments/Goals: Tomorrow is my other fasting day. I’ve been getting several messages from concerned MFP friends who think that I am either starving myself or developing an eating disorder bc they do not understand intermittent fasting— it’s with good intentions I am sure, and I take it with a grain, but it is making me understand why some choose to keep their diary private…. It makes me stressed to feel watched and judged like that—much like I felt when I was obese, it’s uncomfortable. Just venting a little—sorry, but it’s part of the emotional side of the journey I think.

    We are more than half way there— let’s do our best to finish this week off with success !

    SO TO DO THAT I PLACED THE SERENITY PRAYER ON MY DESKTOP SO FIRST THING I SEE IT EVERY TIME I WAKE UP THE MACHINE....I WILL SAY IT OUT LOUD EVERY TIME I DO THIS.... THIS PRAYER GOT ME THROUGH MY REHAB DAYS AND IT WILL GET THROUGH THIS .

    I'm so sorry Greg. I lost my Mom in Nov. of 2017 (on my son's 15th bday😥)... it's so hard, I understand. Send you and your Mom more prayers... and hopeful that she is comfortable at the very least.❤️
