I'm 61 and love BBOD, I've done Body Beast, P90 and Insanity, I love the variation that it offers. Age is just a number just be aware of any joint/health issues and modify accordingly.

My 61 year old knees and ankles don't care for lots of jumping, but I love jumping jacks and plyo moves, so I do them on my jumpsport rebounder, it makes it so much easier on my joints and it's a lot of fun too. It's also great for increasing bone density which I definitely need to focus on.

I turned 60 last year and even though I didn't really start exercising until my 40's I consider it essential to staying fit and being able to enjoy the rest of my life. I watch what I eat, walk and strength train and thoroughly enjoy life!!!
