Vegan of 5 years. It's not just a diet. That would be eating "plant based" Veganism encompasses a philosophy that seeks to reduce animal exploitation for the betterment of the animals, people and the environment. I gained weight as a vegan but i was also overeating on calories.

Example. I have a maid cosplay. This was taken like last year. Since I've put on like 20 pounds and it's most noticeable on my face, stomach, and thighs combined, little bit of arms. . I'd like to look like this again and maybe even slightly thinner. My face looks like this now the chubb!!

Same boat!! I'm not obese and "could" pass for a sexy cosplayer, but I have a bit of 20 pounds of extra chub. Thankfully it's spread out everywhere so not as obvious >_< I'd love to have a flat stomach again one day.

It's times like these where if you can't refrain from emotional eating, at least eat things that are lower in calories and that you can eat more of.

make sure you dont have a vitamin deficiency. Your body will trigger you to eat more to compensate for lack of nutrients.

i get hungry at night tp, even after i already eat. I like shiratake noodles, very low cal and you can make a logjt soup with it. The broth and noodles together will trick you into thinking you ate a filling meal. Mushrooms are also low cal and an awesomr snack or in soup

i think most common grocery stores have them, usually in a cool section next to mock meats, tofu, and alternative cheeses. Ive seen them before just never really tried them.
