I work out on an empty stomach... well, I have lunch at 1pm and work out at 6pm. If I eat first I feel sick and then give up

I have done Kayla Itsines BBG. I find it really does work and the more you eat well the better the results. I do it from home with a yoga mat and a set of hand weights

For me personally cheat days are a no go as it just encourages me to start eating and eating and eating again....

I weigh myself every morning as I need to do it to keep myself accountable!

I had a week long all inc holiday in July. I actually lost 3lbs!! The food was lovely and I felt I ate a lot of it but there is an awful lot of lovely salads that I ate too. I wasn't trying to be healthy on holiday but they just tasted so nice!! I also ate chip butties and ice cream nearly daily :D

I tend to have quiche veggie fingers (fake fish fingers no fishy taste) vegetarian sausages (not a vegetarian but they are way less fat but still filling). Chicken with various marinades

Every 4 weeks. I also try to do them on a Friday morning because if I'm going to eat more than normal it's more likely to happen at the weekend!

I think it just depends on the area. I used to run in the dark in my village and felt safe. Always in hivis. I wouldn't wear headphones to run on the road as you are less aware of what is around you eg cars

I did the 30 Day Shred. Whilst it was difficult and really stretching me I got bored of doing exactly the same thing 10 days in a row. Could be my lack of motivation though!!

Scales. I couldn't believe the difference between what I thought was a 100g portion (for example) compared to what it actually was when I weighed it

Stew the apples with a bit of sugar and then you can freeze. I like to have as a pudding with a bit of natural yoghurt

Banana, mango, orange and orange juice. Yum! The only thing is I run it through a sieve do get rid of the orange pith as I can't stand that texture!

When I enter a recipe I know that with the portion sizes myself and OH eat it will make 6 servings (for example) so I just put 6 servings. I must be terrible, hadn't thought about weighing it!
