There is a calendar on the main page of this group that says jumpin June. Today is a rest day but I did 20 jumping Jack's,20 high knees, 20 seconds of planks, and 20 rope jumps.I'm not exactly sure if that's the alternative challenge...but it seems like a good one to me.

I am going to clean off all the junk that accumulates on the pool table in my basement. I've been seriously procrastinating! On a separate note, I bought an older version of Jawbone on the cheap and set an idle alarm that goes off if I am idle for 15 minutes...I think it will be helpful. I am new to this group and love…
