I'm 5'3"! The before picture I weighed around 129, and the after picture I weigh 109. Crazy how 20 pounds makes such a huge difference on a short person!

I make the most delicious baked oatmeal! I combine 40 g old-fashioned oats, 1/8 tsp baking powder, 1 egg white (typically around 35 g), 50-60 ml skim milk, a splash of vanilla, and 16 g natural peanut butter. I make baked oatmeal everyday! 1/2 cup rolled oats, 45 g egg white, 20 g skim milk, 2 g honey, 25 g applesauce, 1 tbsp peanut butter, a little vanilla and baking powder - so good! Comes out to around 300 calories.

Are you measuring? Whenever I have a plateau like this, it is usually because I am putting on muscle!

I'm 5'2" and just weighed in at 112 this morning. The last time I had body fat calculations done, I was at 21.3%. I would really like to reduce that some more. My goal is anywhere from 100-110. I have a very small frame, so it definitely does not look too thin on me.

Are you exercising a lot? . My weight loss has stalled out as well, but I find that I'm still losing inches, and gaining muscle.

Are you weighing at the same time everyday? My weight fluctuates by 4 pounds across the course of a day. Weigh yourself in the morning, before you've eaten anything. That is the most accurate.
