Macros, straight 1200 calories and not paying attention to macros, not paying attention just trying to eat clean.

Do you eat Spaghetti Squash on the Keto? I see it has a higher carb but I love spaghetti squash. I am sorry, I am enjoying reading all of this advice I want to start this! (again as some one else stated if you can stick with it and I have a hard time sticking to anything except stuffing my face :( I can do that)

that all makes sense. I do weight my food but not ALL of my food. So I guess that is where I will start. I had mine set to 1500 calories but maybe I need to drop it to 1300 a day. For the last 3 years I have worked out at least 30 minutes at lunch time 3 days a week. Then in October I started adding in working out 4-5 times in the evening on top of my lunch time workout. I know my eating habits are not on point like they should be but i don't feel i eat horrible and i try to stay within my calorie.…

keep them coming, this is my problem too!!! A friend of mine and I try to IM each other (We are in different buildings) and we see who is the fastest and then we go for a walk every hour. but sometimes when I am working trying to finish I don't want to get up lol.

See that's me lol, and I figured it might have been my eating. I do feel stronger so I guess I should chalk that up to a win lol :)

Yes, at lunch I walk a lap in the bball gym and run 2 and then walk 1 and then after those 3 laps I do circuit machines (4 sets of 10) then I do 3 more of my laps and after those 4 sets of 10 I do squats, lunges and 2 others between the laps lol. then I do the Jamie eason weights after I get off work.

So when you are meeting your macros, do you go by MFP's settings or do you use the MACRO one and reset MFP to match it?

Well like todays breakfast I am currently munching on is Catfish, veggies, a 1/2 a slice of pepper jack cheese and an egg. with a serving of pineapple peach salsa. I would eat more cheese, but I have trouble (TMI) so I try to limit my cheese I eat...

Reading what ya'll wrote, it may be my diet that is hindering my hunger at dinner time. I opened up my diary. I know I am not the most 100% best at logging and sometimes when I go out to eat I find the closest thing....That and (cough cough) beer...:)

I have been told I wouldn't look good at the weight 125 and I am 5'6 but honestly I thought that was a healthy weight when I weighed it 10 years ago.

Thanks guys :) I know I can do it. Just had a pitty moment and ate (Cough Cough) KFC....But I will work harder at the gym. and just eat a chicken salad for supper to make up for the grease. On the bright side I didn't get the dr pepper, I got water. I am glad to have ya'll support when I need it!!

I had a hysterectomy November of 2013. I was finally down to 168 and then it shot back up to 190ish too. I struggle because I love food greasy and beer. its frustrating. I am all about needing movitation from others and I give it too!!! good luck!
