Fit For You
How do you know whats the best fit for you? You see the different way everyone is seeing results so you try their way. Yet you don't see any results and see what some one else says so you try their way. I know its eat at a calorie deficit but did anyone else have this problem too?

Running
okay, i can run 100 yards on the track and feel like i am going to die...and i have a goal of running a 5 k so i have to bust my butt....I tried the C25K but i don't have a great phone to use while running/walking, any other suggestions to get my running in order?

Right or wrong
I am depressed..... I swear the scale has only gone up. My clothes fit the same... Yet tonight I am sitting here depressed my husband and he tells me I don't have to lose weight just get fit and healthy. I am 5'6 and 187. Am I being to obsessed with th actual weight?

I am having trouble. I am trying to avoid the scales. I used to weigh like 4 or 5 times a day. Yes I know bad. I have now limited myself to 1 time Friday mornings. How do you know when to go up on weights? I am currently doing 40lbs which is almost easy but when I move up to 50 it is almost impossible but there is no 45 (cause its a machine at the gym at work)
