Ready Set Go

I am a bit on the excited side...I just aquired a bar bell, and four 25lb weights, six 10lb weights , and two 5 lb weights. The quesion is where do I start :) Any advice suggestions apps would greatly be appreciated :)

    New Rules of Lifting for Women and Starting Strength get recommended a lot. I know they are books, not sure about apps.

    If I had that sweet equipment I would probably start with Bret Contreras StrongCurves program. I've heard it's the one for making a nice booty lol.

    I will look it up! Girl, it was in the trash pile and I had been doing machines at work (that suck) so I was so excited for this find! :) (can you tell I am excited lol)

    Lol, I got a workout just moving all of it from my pickup to my workout space. OMG :)
