Hey all.. 5'1 125 lbs and looking to be around 115-118 since I really am "skinny fat". I used to be 130 and now stuck in the 125lbs zone.. What I am trying right now is intermittent fasting, as many work outs as possible including home workouts and cardio and most importantly trying to cut back on alcohol.. I do not drink…

Doesn't bother me any - I just ignore or say Thank you if in the mood.. But, I bet there a plenty of people on this site that would love to get a compliment even if it isn't the best platform to do so.

This is my body goal though

Hi Ladies, just killed my morning at work skimming this thread. Although I am 37, mom of 2 - 5'2 and approx 124 lbs' I really hold my weight well (mostly in my bum) which gives me a really nice shape and I am lucky enough to have bounced back to my pre-baby body in all ways after the kids - I think I might look better now…

Mrsnatty - this go go going I do everyday has been going on forever. I will not be logging it since it makes total sense to me now that it is my typical day to day activity. Thanks for your input. Thanks everyone.

Okay - so not counting regular daily activities makes sense to me when you put it that way - since it is just my activity level. Got it! My current weight loss is around 1-1.5 lbs per month - slowing down the closer I am getting to my goal and also since I am doing weights 4 days a week and gaining more muscle (just an…

I have always had an office job, and have always been going going going at home in the morning and after work... I think I will just leave it at sedentary and 1200 and not log the daily housework. Out of curiosity - If I did change my status to being more active.. would that mean MFP would recommend 1300 calories per day…

Unicorn - it is super tough.. and the crazy thing about it - I have been back at it now all week by doing some sort of workout everyday and it feels sooooooooooo good! I tend to check the scale way more often than I should - but after a week or so of noticing my weight gain (even if its fluctuation) it is the motivation I…

Thanks guys for reading and replying. Yes adulting is tough.. trying to get myself out of a no excuse approach to this! I like a lot of the ideas to try and just get myself back on track and/or keep at it if its only once a week, twice a week, or a 50% of my usual workout.. I agree.. Something is better than nothing! I do…

Internet dating unless you are super sexy and appeal to the masses = none stop rejection with no reasoning! It is tough! Most men do not like lots of cats - wont help your dating situation lol

1000% have plan b, c, or d.. when do you not do that in life...? And lets face it... when a person likes you.. and wants to date you or see you.. and its mutual.. and you there are no issues like baby mama/baby daddy/wife/husband/boyfriend/girlfriend etc.. things usually go quite smoothly... Do not settle.. do not accept…

Leave the guy alone and move on - no going by his house, mailing letters, texting and seeing if he is okay. its been a month ?!?! He clearly does not want to talk to you. It might be hard not to take personal but geez go back on the dating sites and keep yourself entertained with other men and forget about him - and next…
