Logging 100 Days In A Row

I debated whether to post this under success stories but really I'm just getting started. Today I hit logging in 100 days in a row. If you are just getting started, let me tell you that using MFP does work. I struggled for years to lose on my own with little success. I do have recent health issues which helped motivate me but MFP has been a great tool to help me stay on track and monitor what I eat. I don't depend too much on the calories burned but its nice to see. The real value is tracking calories, carbs, proteins and fibre which is key to my weight loss and diabetes management. Since joining MFP I've lost 17lbs to go with the 8lbs I lost just before for a total of 25lbs. That's a third of my overall goal.

If you are new to MFP, keep it up and stay diligent. It does work. Great tools and great people here.
